Overview
Catalina Roman, a Tampa-based luxury real estate agent and American Dream TV host, partnered with me to concept and develop a refined brand identity and a cohesive suite of marketing materials designed to elevate her presence across print and digital channels.
The project began with brand and logo concepting, where I established a luxury visual direction supported by a curated color palette and custom patterns. This foundation informed every touchpoint that followed, ensuring consistency and sophistication throughout the brand.
From there, I designed a refreshed website, a premium booklet/ebook highlighting Catalina’s luxury listings and national TV exposure, and supporting collateral including business cards and postcards. Each piece was thoughtfully crafted to work together as a unified brand system—balancing elegance, approachability, and trust in a competitive luxury real estate market.
